If you don't have a folder called 730 then look through all the other folders for cs go. Then go onto downloads and if you should have a folder called 730. Ok now once you have clicked on the steam folder go onto steam apps. If you don't know this most likely it's in the C Drive under Programmes x86. Find your steam folder, wherever you've saved your games. Once you have done that follow my instructions.
